Mar – May

Spring

Cleanup, dethatching, bed edging, first cut and fresh mulch before the growing season takes off.

Jun – Aug

Summer

Weekly mowing on a fixed day, hedge trimming, weeding and watering guidance through the dry stretch.

Sep – Nov

Fall

Leaf removal, aeration and overseeding, cutback of perennials, and shutdown of irrigation lines.

Dec – Feb

Winter

Snow clearing triggered at 5cm, salting on walkways and lots, and storm monitoring overnight.

Shine Landscaping Inc. is a contractor based on Ridgemount Blvd in north Oshawa. We work residential lots and managed commercial properties across Durham Region, and we keep the client list tight on purpose — the same people are on your property every visit, so nothing gets relearned each week.

Everything is quoted flat before work starts. If the scope changes, you hear about it first.
