What's involved
Two full resets a year — the visits that make every other visit easier.
The spring cleanup clears winter debris, rakes out matted grass, re-cuts bed edges and puts down fresh mulch. The fall cleanup pulls leaves off the lawn before they mat and kill it, cuts back perennials, blows out irrigation and gets the property ready to sit under snow. Both are billed as one-time visits or folded into a maintenance contract.
